Registration open in PAF for the following courses:
- GD(P) COURSE
- AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING COURSE
- AIR DEFENCE COURSE
- LOGISTICS COURSE
- ADMIN & SPECIAL DUTIES COURSE
Who can apply ?
- Girls can apply in AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING COURSE only. Boys can apply in all.
- Students from pre medical side and ICS can apply in GD(P) COURSE, AIR DEFENCE COURSE and ADMIN & SPECIAL DUTIES COURSE.
- Students from pre-engineering can apply in all.
- You must have minimum 60% marks in Fsc in order to apply.
- A candidate can apply only in one field.
Last date to apply:
Last date to submit the application is 25th august. You have to fill an online application. Link to submit the application is : http://joinpaf.gov.pk/careers.php
iam appeared in exams but result is not come yet how i can apply to that

ReplyDeleteThe I.q. Test consisted of the typical verbal and non-verbal. 100 in 30 mins.. Phy was from fsc syllabus ...75 in 40 min.... And english was easy-peasy...100 in 40 min.... They took height, weight, chest measurement, b.p., vision, color blindess, dns, and few other basic stuff.... They want real fit ones for gdp so no concession or something... Interviewer was a nice man... He asked me to introduce myself and few other basic questions... The merit list will be displyaed onsaturday... I got 923 marks in fsc... Hope I helped... What about you??

ReplyDeleteNadia I want to know that my eye sight is weak n as you said there is no concession in it.shall I go for surgery before test..n selection process includes just test,medical,n interview?? What about issb test n flying aptitude test ?? Are you selected ???
ReplyDeleteI got 900 in fsc n inshallah will apply in august when admissions will open..but I have eye sight problem n no relaxation in that.. What you will suggest me to do as you have gone through the whole medical process..shall I go for laser n surgery?? Kindly help

oh dear.... i think you have misunderstood me dearie... it was the first step i was talking about... the initial test... in air force, they reject a lot of people in the initial test as well... if you clear the initial, then you have to fill out forms for issb, then if u clear issb, you have a full-fledge medical in cmb karachi and then flying apptitude test.....so there...
ReplyDeleteif you have done pre-eng, then you can apply in cae... they dont need 6\6 eyesight for that, only for gdp.... and i think you should consult with a doctor about the surgery and an army or airforce one for that because i dont know whether thet they take people who have had laser surgery... it makes your cornea thin so.. but if they have no problem, go ahead... and by they i mean the airforce people.... i actually saw the air chief flying a plane on 23 march with specs on..... he can fly with glasses and we people cant? kudos to him though... great flying...

ReplyDeletewslam..... i gave issb for gdp... if u want to ask anything abtthat u r more than welcome.... u will have to apply for air defence n admin branch in august of this year... keep checking the websites n newspaper for the related to this... only males can apply for this.... thats all i knw ...
