Statistics of MCAT 2015

Given below are the statistics of MCAT 2015 in comparison to statistics of MCAT 2014 and MCAT 2013. The data below shows that the merit will fall this year. Now the question is how much will it fall? According to me it will be about 0.5% lower than the previous year (It can be more too). A decrement in merit of UHS means that merit of private medical colleges (which consider MCAT in merit making) will also be lower.

Merit positions of NET-2012

Many students think that securing 160+ marks in NET will help them in getting the admission. If they socre less than 160 it would be hard for them to get in. This is totally wrong. Only a few students are able to score 160+ in the test.
Below I have shared the marks of some students who got admission in Electrical Engineering. The merit of Electrical Engineering is the highest, so with 140 marks if you can get in Electrical Engineering , you can also get in any other field.
Keeping in view 2 tests this year , the merit can rise a bit but there wont be much difference. So if you have scores in range of 130 , 140 you should consider yourself safe for the admission.
