MCAT 2015

MCAT 2015

MCAT 2015

Q.1) Will the Syllabus for MCAT 2015 be the same or will it be changed?
Answer:
Most probably the syllabus of MCAT 2015 will be the same as that of MCAT 2014 and 2013. This is because UHS administration selected the topics which are common to both FSc and A levels. If there will be any change most likely it will be in English portion and minor changes in the other portions.
So we advise the students that in the first go prepare the complete books, and when you are revising you can go through the topics that were in the syllabus last year. Later on when the syllabus is announced you can follow that. This way even if syllabus changes you would have learned the topics once, so it wont take much time to prepare them again.

Q.2) Is there any deduction of marks for the repeaters?
Answer:
No, there isn't any such deduction for the repeaters. This is just a rumor which keeps on spreading, and spreads every year. So repeaters do not worry and work hard :)

Q.3) Will the merit criteria be changed for MCAT 2015?
Answer:
Till now there is no official news regarding this thing. Again it is still a rumor. Here I would like to quote a line:
"Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots."
So choice is yours.

Q.4) Are the seats going to be 50-50 for boys and girls?
Answer:
Same ans as that of question 3 :)

Q.5) In which month MCAT will be held? What is the date of MCAT 2015?
Answer:
Since last two years MCAT is being conducted in month of August/September. In case the Fsc exams are scheduled earlier this year, the date of MCAT may also be shifted back. The exact date will be announced near Fsc exams.
